.Tel, a new top-level domain-name, is said to offer registrants the ability to store contact information in their own domain records. This could be a good way to stay on top of things like phone number and street address changes. This way, you can tell people how to reach you via your domain, no matter how often your contact info changes.  It’s not completely different from contact update services, but this is the first time we’ve seen it done using DNS.
