While I had my hands full with the N73, I received an N80i as well. Problem is, I didn’t really have enough to to commit to thoroughly examining both of them. So I lateraled the N80i over to my business partner, and I hope to post his comments on the phone here soon. In the meantime, here are some other bloggers’ thoughts on the N80i.

Leanne the VoIP Girl had some issues with software installation on her Windows PC, but was generally very pleased with the phone. And despite getting GizmoVoIP onto her N80, she didn’t provide any feedback on how well it worked for her (I hope she does).

Giacomo Vacca chimes in with some tips on getting SIP running on these phones. He even includes an Abbeynet example.

Meanwhile, Devost.net offers up some feedback on the pros and (apparently) cons of the N80i.  He also seems to confirm what’s really exciting about the iPhone–it’s the interface, stupid.
